How did you get into fitness?
I’ve always been into fitness and the fitness community. Coming from a college athletics background, lifting and having a healthy lifestyle has always been a part of my life. When I stopped playing a college sport, I needed a push towards a healthier lifestyle and to be involved in a new community. I was then introduced to CrossFit and X⁴ and never turned back.
What can members expect from taking one of your classes?
Great music and killer dance moves. I am all about having a good time, while getting an awesome workout in.
What are three words people would most use to describe you and why?
High-spirited, extroverted and genuine. I am a very energetic and happy person. I like to think I am always smiling and having fun doing everything. I love connecting with people and can talk to anyone. For my enneagram lovers, I am a type 7!
What motivates you when you get up in the morning?
I am motivated by LIFE! You never know the opportunities each day may bring you and that excites me.

What are you up to in your free time?
I love all things fitness, training and being outdoors. I am always with my friends or hanging at the gym. You can also find me doing all things Birmingham. I am a big foodie and love being out in the city.
